How do I know if my order is well received?

If you place an order online this will be registered automatically. Immediately after you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation by email. In this email you will find all the relevant details regarding your order.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?

Yes. When checking out you can enter an invoice address and also a delivery address. These addresses can be different.

How long will it take before my order will be delivered?

After we have received your payment we will hand over your order for shipment to TNT Post (Dutch postal service) within 1 to 5 working days. We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Can my order be dropped as a present?

Yes. During the checkout process you can indicate if any presents are included in your order. If you select the gift option we will make sure that your present is wrapped unique and attractive and will be delivered to the given address.

Is it possible to include a personal gift message?

Yes, that’s also possible. During the checkout process you can indicate if any presents are included in your order. You are asked if you want to add a gift message. You can enter your text in the box and we will make sure that your present will have a lively gift tag containing your message.

Can I come pick up my order?

No, it is not possible to pick-up your order. detweelingwinkel.nl is an online shop without any physical stores and/or pick-up points. Your order will be delivered by TNT Post (Dutch postal service) to address you indicated. If you are not around the moment your parcel is being delivered then you can pick up your order at the nearest post office the next day.

How can I arrange payment at detweelingwinkel.nl?

You can pay safely and securely using iDeal, credit card, Paypal or by payment in advance through your bank account. As soon as we have received your payment we will process your order right away.

Do you ship to foreign countries?

Yes. We also ship abroad. If you want to order product(s), which need to be shipped outside the Netherlands, different shipping fees apply. Please see below.

Can I return of exchange my purchase?

You can always exchange your purchase for another size, color or another article (if in stock) within 7 days after on receipt. You can also return your purchase and get back your money. Please send us an email before you return or want to exchange (info@detweelingwinkel.nl). We would like to hear why you want to exchange or return your purchase, but this is not required. It can help us to further improve our services!

Can I also buy the twin pack items separately?

No, detweelingwinkel.nl differentiates by offering special twin packs (sets of 2 items). In so doing we can present appropriate prices. To keep up this attractive price-setting we won’t sell twin packs separately.

Can I buy twin pack items in different sizes?

No. At the moment de twin packs are offered in the same size. It is not possible to order two different sizes.
